We were lucky enough to get this shipped before stock ran out April 2020. Shipment arrived with a damaged panel so a call to Lifetime was made and they shipped out a new panel no questions asked. We are very happy with the shed and the quality is as stated. The only cosmetic issue is the panels with windows are a slightly different color. Since we put both windows on the north side, there is only one side of the shed effected. Assembly was tedious and we used both the printed instructions that came with the shed and the online instructions that can be downloaded. There are slight differences in the two sets of instructions so comparisons could be done when illustrations or instructions were not clear. As others have posted, it is so easy to strip out the plastic when tightening the screws. We used a cordless screw gun set on the lightest setting that was less powerful than hand screwing and still had problems. A plastic "plug" to repair stripped holes would be helpful. With the majority of screws taking hold we decided it was sturdy enough. Other posters note that over time more screws come loose. Living in a mild temp local we hope we aren't up against future problems. Took two adults many hours/days to assemble. We carefully unpacked, sorted the contents, and followed the steps. Since we had an extension to ad, there are two sets of instructions that needed to be "blended". Made keeping track of parts a bit more challenging. The shed does not become stable until the roof goes on so plan accordingly so you get it up quickly before any wind develops. Doors needed a lot of time to adjust properly but once closing they seem to stay adjusted. The trusses are strong and we added shelves to them for light weight items. Neighbors comment what a great looking shed we have!
