separator She shed was assembled by 2 men, a full day and half of a 2nd day. Some longer screws were purchased for attaching the roof area. It was erected on a wooden platform made of pre-treated lumber which had been anchored in concrete. The floor level inside was caulked around the perimeter to seal it, as well as some higher level areas. A flat steel band was placed over the outside roof and anchored in four places. It looks nice, is a good size, and we are pleased with the final product. We live in a sometimes high wind, hurricane prone area, and feel that we have secured the shed in this regard. We will know once the storm season begins.
