separator My shed arrived missing an optional part. I called customer service and was given the manufacturers number. They provided excellent customer service. I did not have to wait to talk to a person. Arrangements were made to send me the part without any questions asked. If something has to go wrong it is nice to know I can count on you to resolve it without any further worry on my end. Thanks!. PS - love the shed. It is a two person job and familiarity with tools and building principles is a must. The instructions were very well presented and if the booklet is too small it can be reprinted in larger font from the internet. Two people built this in twenty hours, a full weekend, but the shingling and painting is yet to be done. It's sturdier than I thought it would be and I'm pleased with the quality of materials.
