separator Direction's were fairly easy, definitely a 2 or 3 person job. We had to buy nails, the ones provided Bent 3 out of 5 and the heads came off. Price was fair, we bought materials to make the floor and roofing materials as well as paint. Doing it ourselves saved 500.00 versus buying one from Lowes complete with their installation fees. If you have the time and enjoy projects like this go for it, if not spend the 500.00!!
