Decent product, shipping was super delayed even though it was marked shipped. I had to call the carrier directly for them to deliver it and didn't see that required step in the instructions. I called the number they gave on the shipping label for order inquiries as well as three emails and never heard back. The instructions are very clear to build the shed and all parts arrived with it. There were a few 2x3's, and 2x4's that were badly warped, but I understand that wood isn't perfect and who knows how long the kit was sitting in a warehouse drying out. Anyone getting this shed, I recommend painting the shudders prior to nailing up. (if painting a different color). It would have been nice to come with additional trim pieces to cover the nails where the siding joins together, but it's a cheap addon. Also, be super diligent when measuring the lumber before installing as there are numerous pieces that are only 1/8" different and it can be easy to make a sloppy mistake.
