Before I purchased the shed, I had a lot of questions and they were answered very quickly via email. I couldn't believe the great customer service that we had. We also found the shed cheaper from another website and true to their word, they did a price match. We were originally going to get the 10x15 shed, but I'm glad that we upgraded to the 10x18. One word of advice, this is not something that a husband and wife should attempt to assemble together as 1) it may lead to divorce and 2) it takes a crew of people to install. We had seven friends come over and help put it together and it took at least 3 hours and that was even after we had the floor ready to go and as many parts screwed together as we could before everyone came over. This is definitely a weekend project. All-in-all, we are very happy with the way it turned out. At least we have our garage back! I would definitely purchase again from Sheds For Less. Thank you for your great customer service and a wonderful product!!
