All in all, the shed was pretty easy to put together. I did it myself in about a week or so. In my estimation, you need to be reasonably adept and handy. If you know how to use a screw gun and a caulking gun and have some patience, you're qualified.
As mentioned above, the building was pretty easy to assemble as the directions are relatively easy to read and understand minus some grammatical errors. DO pay attention to the details in the directions especially the orientation of how the parts are assembled. This is a bit unclear sometimes in the directions, but with a little thought it's not hard to figure out. You don't have to worry about running out of screws, pieces, parts, etc. There is plenty of everything. No frustrating trips to your local hardware store for more screws.
I recommend some help when assembling the outer wall and roof structures. It was difficult with just one person. Since we are discussing assembly...The instructions could be clearer regarding the flooring and when to install it. This only applies to CDX or plywood flooring. I had to remove the majority of my floor in order to complete the wall structure. Some of the screw holes are below the CDX / plywood floor grade. In addition, sealing the base of the wall structure should be done while the floor is not installed for the same reason. The instructions do not mention sealing anything until the last step...a bit too late for that. My only recommendation from structure standpoint is the flooring foundation be boxed metal frame instead of U-channel. The boxed metal is better for CDX / plywood. Those are my only complaints.
Finally, I am very happy with the building. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for additional covered space without spending a ton of money. I purchased this building because of the construction (PVC / vinyl) which deems it maintenance free and no painting and the integrated floor foundation.
