Very happy with the the finished product. I will say, it takes MUCH longer than 4 hours to assemble. Perhaps if you have a team of people that is possible, but if not, expect a whole weekend at least. Instructions for the most part are accurate. There are a couple of odd omissions, but nothing of grave importance. Do try to be as level as possible for your building location. The structure kinda pulls itself together when you get the roof beams on, but lining up the holes will be a struggle if you aren't on a flat surface to begin with. If going with the plywood flooring options be sure to buy ground anchors. Also, I can report with proper use of the clear silicon sealant as suggested, there are no leaks.
