The shed was fairly easy to put together. I think more instructions around cutting the plywood for the roof could be beneficial, we had to pull a few pieces together because we kept cutting from full sheets so we ran out of the full sheets to cut the 15x72 pieces for the top section of the roof.

We were missing a couple pieces, there were only 2 - 4" x 48" plywood pieces and we used those to build the garage door header, and didn't have any more. I kept the plywood that came with the packaging and was able to cut out 2 - 4" x 48" pieces to use for the top of the garage door opening.

The other thing we were missing was the small siding pieces for the eave overhangs, we were able to cut this out of the excess siding.

We also had to get a few more nails as we probably put a few to many in a few places. We also had to get more nail for the truss hangers and it didn't seem that we wasted any of those.

We also had one of the 2x3's for the front overhand that was badly warped.

Other than that I was very please with the overall product and the quality of the materials.
