This is a nice, spacious shed, but it took twice as long to erect it as I had anticipated. While the individual steel sheets may seem flimsy alone, when put together the shed is really quite sturdy. All the holes are pre-drilled and parts are fastened with bolts and sheet metal screws. But it is quite difficult to get the holes to all line up properly, particularly when attaching the roof panels. The foundation has to be perfectly square, but even so the roof joists might be slightly askew, making it difficult to attach the roof panels. We followed the instructions, attaching the top ridge and joist screws of the roof panels first, and only attaching them to the sides after all the panels were in place. But when we went to attach the roof panels to the side panels the holes were not sufficiently aligned, and we needed to drill a few more holes. It would have been better if we had fully attached all fasteners in each roof panel as it was installed, one at a time. All in all, I am very pleased with the shed. We first build of solid wood platform foundation from 2x4 pressure treated joists and pre-painted 5/8" plywood.
