Exteremely useful accessory - I'm still not sure whether I'll keep it as a workbench, or raise it for attic storage.
The instructions call for this to be installed in the middle of an 8 X 10 shed, but that makes it extremely difficult to get to the back side of the shed when it's configured as a workbench. (You have to crawl underneath, since it extends from one side to the other.) With a lot of difficulty, I installed it against the back wall. (Took a lot of ingenuity to figure out how to start the nuts on the bolts when the bracket only has about 1/4" clearance from the back wall.) Overall, I'm happy with it. I might try to add another unit for attic storage.
